- %01 Mark All
- ───────────────────────────
- This button marks all the
- files and subdirectories
- in the active directory.#

- %02 UNmark All
- ───────────────────────────
- This button UNmarks all the
- files and subdirectories in
- the active directory.#

- %03 Invert Marking
- ───────────────────────────
- This button inverts the
- selection of marked files.
-
- Those files who was marked
- before pressing the button
- will be UNmarked, and the
- ones which was not marked
- will now be marked.#

- %04 Extension Mask
- ───────────────────────────
- This button opens a little
- "window" for you to write
- an extension. When you have
- written an extension, the
- program seeks for files
- which contain this
- extension in the active
- directory, and marks all
- occurences of files with
- this extension.

- Already marked files will
- not get unmarked by this
- operation.#

- %05 Copy Files
- ───────────────────────────
- This button copy the marked
- files and directories in
- the active directory to the
- inactive directory.

- it asks you if you're
- really sure about this.
- Just press the YES button
- to start the copying.#

- This button Moves all the
- marked files in the active
- directory to the inactive

- This button simply deletes
- the marked files or
- directories in the active
- directory.

- First it opens a requester
- with some buttons on. Press
- YES to delete one file, ALL
- to delete all the marked
- files automatically, NO to
- skip deleting one file and
- CANCEL if you don't want to
- delete any of the marked
- files.#

- %09 Rename Files
- ───────────────────────────
- This button let's you
- rename the marked files or
- directories in the active
- directory prompting for a
- new name for each marked
- file/directory.#

- %10 Make Directory
- ───────────────────────────
- This button let's you
- create a new subdirectory
- prompting for a name.#

- %11 Edit File-attributes
- ───────────────────────────
- Pressing this button allows
- you to change the
- attributes of the marked
- files in the active
- directory. A new "window"
- will be opened containing
- buttons with the possible
- attributes. If an attribute
- is set, a cross [x] will
- display right after the
- attribute-name.

- Change the attributes by
- pressing the buttons, and
- then press the SET button.
- Press the SET ALL button to
- set all the files which are
- marked.
- Press CANCEL if you don't
- want to change the
- attributes.#

- %12 View File
- ───────────────────────────
- This button let's you view
- the marked files in the
- active directory.

- Use Arrows,PageUp and
- PageDown to move within the
- viewer. Press Esc to exit
- the viewer.#

- %13 Edit File
- ───────────────────────────
- With this button, you can
- edit a text-file.
-
- There is no built-in text
- editor in COP, so you'll
- have to specify where COP
- can find an external text-
- editor. You do this in the
- config-menu.
-
- You can for example use the
- editor you received
- together with DOS, located
- in your DOS directory.#

- %14 Get Directory Sizes
- ───────────────────────────
- This button counts how many
- bytes, subdirectories and
- files there are in each
- marked directory.#

- %15 Dos Shell
- ───────────────────────────
- This button starts a dos
- shell. To exit the shell
- and return to COP, simply
- type <exit> at the dos-
- prompt.#

- %16 Execute File
- ───────────────────────────
- When you press this button
- COP will try to execute the
- first marked file in the
- active directory. If the
- execution was successful,
- you will return to COP
- after quitting the executed
- program.

- If you have marked several
- files in the active
- directory, COP will execute
- them one by one.#

- %17 Configuration
- ───────────────────────────
- This button opens a new
- screen where you can do
- some configuration with
- COP.#

- %18 Scroll dir up
- ───────────────────────────
- If the directory contains
- more than 35 files, you
- can scroll it upwards by
- pressing this button.

- Use the left mousebutton to
- scroll up by one, and the
- right button to scroll it
- up one page.

- You can configure this
- button to be split, so that
- you scroll the left
- directory with the left
- side of the button, and the
- right directory with the
- right side of the button.
- Do this in the config menu.#

- %19 Scroll dir down
- ───────────────────────────
- This button does the same
- as the button over, except
- this one scrolls the
- directory down.

- Press the button right over
- this one to get more
- information.#

- %20 Fresh the display
- ───────────────────────────
- This button simply redraws
- the screen.

- Use it if the screen by
- some reason should get
- corrupted.#

- %22 Change drive
- ───────────────────────────
- Pressing this button opens
- a small "window" with all
- possible drives on.

- containing the drive you
- want to enter.#

- Pressing this button quits

- This button lets you link
- two files together into one
- file.

- To do this you will have to
- mark at least one file in
- both the active and the

- first marked file in each
- directory.

- you'll have to type a name
- for the new file.

- Note: It will always link
- the file in the INactive
- directory to the bottom of

- ectory, and the linked file
